Journey to handstand
The journey to handstand looks for everyone different.
For me, I see it as a lifelong journey. There is always more to learn, always more to try out, always more to play with.
Practising handstands teaches you to be patient and to enjoy the ride with all it’s ups and downs. It teaches you that there is no “perfect” and to take things not too serious.
My workshops are not only about handstands. It’s about finding the joy of being not perfect. Enjoying the benefits of going upside down. Getting to know your body. Finding the playfulness in moving your body.
Ok it’s also a little bit about finding the best shape in your handstand.
Get tools to practise your handstand alone or with a partner. We will split our handstand shape into sections and get useful exercises to build your handstand step by step.
My workshops are suitable for everyone who is open and curious about turning the world upside down.
