Dabei ist K\u00f6rperkontakt so wichtig f\u00fcr uns Menschen und tr\u00e4gt zum mentalen und k\u00f6rperlichen Wohlbefinden.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">Thai Yoga Massage oder auch Nuad wird auch als passives Yoga bezeichnet. Vereint werden Dehnungen, Akupressur, rhythmische Bewegungen und die Arbeit an Energielinien. Dadurch gelangt nicht nur der Massierte in einen meditativen Zustand, sondern auch der Gebende.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">Gerne kannst du bereits mit einem Partner kommen, aber es ist nicht zwingend notwenig.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">Lerne dich fallen zu lassen und dich tief zu entspannen.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Und lerne einfache Techniken mit denen du auch deinen Liebsten diese Entspannung schenken kannst.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">DIE LEHRERIN<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Christina ist ausgebildete AcroYoga Int. und Hatha &amp; Vinyasa Yoga (200h) Lehrerin und unterrichtet seit 2019. Zus\u00e4tzlich besch\u00e4ftigt sie sich mit der Kunst der Thai-Yoga-Massage.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Bewegung spielt eine gro\u00dfe Rolle in ihrem Leben. Sie ist der Meinung, dass abgesehen von den gesundheitlichen Vorteilen f\u00fcr den K\u00f6rper, Bewegung auch Heilung f\u00fcr unseren Geist ist.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>In Ihren Klassen legt sie viel Wert auf Achtsamkeit in jeder Bewegung.
